Introducing our new application platform

From today, OCA will use a new platform for submitting and managing applications, payment requests and reports for all grant schemes. The main purpose of the new grant platform, eApply, is to make it easier for you to apply for support and, if granted, to report on how OCA funding contributed to your project’s success. In addition to the improved user experience, the new platform also enables us to better gather and learn from insights, allowing us to work strategically to sustainably increase the impact of our funding.

Available from today

The application platform is now open for the upcoming ISGIES deadline on 10 December, and will be open for all International Support and International Residency applications in 2026.

Regarding previous applications

All application processes started before 26 November 2025 will be finalised through our legacy platform, stikk.no
